NESPRESSO ANNOUNCES THE RETURN OF ITS TWO MOST POPULAR LIMITED EDITION COFFEES!
Nespresso announced the return of the Tribute to Milano and the Tribute to Trieste. With their unique taste profiles, these two coffees, inspired by the two iconic Italian cities, will delight coffee lovers. Initially launched in 2013 and 2015, these blends are among the most popular Nespresso Limited Edition coffees and are now back by popular demand.
The Nespresso Tribute to Trieste
This coffee reflects the rich and varied cultural heritage of the city of Trieste. Located at the crossroads of Italian, Germanic and Slavic cultures. The way the people of Trieste sip their coffee is very representative of life in this multifaceted port. In Trieste, coffee can be taken with milk, without milk, long or short. In fact, coffee occupies such a special place in Trieste that its inhabitants have created their own language around their coffee – “nero” is an espresso, “capo” is a coffee with a cloud of milk and “in b” is a coffee served in a glass rather than in a porcelain cup. The Nespresso interpretation of Trieste is a delicate blend of Arabica, mainly made from South American grains, characterised by a round texture with notes of chocolate and fresh hazelnut. It will leave you with a refreshing fruity touch that enhances this refined coffee.
The Nespresso Tribute to Milano
Milan has played an important role in the history of coffee in Italy, particularly by presenting espresso for the very first time at the 1906 Universal Exhibition. Today, espresso is such an important part of the everyday life in Milan that the word that defines it is no longer used – it is simply “a caffè”. The Nespresso Tribute to Milano coffee is an interpretation of the animation that characterises Milan, where coffee is often enjoyed on the go or leaning against the counter. The limited edition is a highly aromatic blend of Arabica coffees from Central and South America, enhanced by an unwashed Indian Robusta. The elegant result gives a delicious balance between refined fruity aromas and sweet cereal notes.
Nespresso Trieste and Milano coffees are available since the 2nd of September 2019 in all Nespresso Boutiques and online at www.nespresso.com
