The Brasserie Maus Kätti has just been completely renovated to offer a new culinary concept to MONDORF Domaine Thermal. The reopening for the public took place at the beginning of January.
Inside, the kitchen has been redesigned to meet the highest standards and to optimize the flow of the new brigade. Open and transparent, it gives a touch of conviviality and modernity to the new ensemble. New paintwork, lowered walls and new parquet flooring offer a cosy and trendy space and a more airy table layout.
The real novelty lies in the menu, which now offers meat matured to perfection thanks to the Brasserie’s new maturing cellar. At first, the restaurant will serve “Limousin” meat, which is juicy and tender to perfection.
For the accompaniments, the Brasserie relies on freshness and homemade. Regional and even organic products are favoured to complete the menu and remain faithful to the culinary philosophy of the Domaine Thermal. At noon, the Brasserie capitalizes on its 4 lunch formulas, served in 45 minutes.
The Maus Kätti Brewery is open non-stop from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week and has a pleasant terrace.
