Luxembourg’s quest to attract talent and accommodate guests and business partners faces a key challenge: housing. The Central Luxembourg has stepped up to the plate, offering a swift, secure, and hassle-free solution.
Inaugurated in 2022, The Central’s Smart Aparthotel Kirchberg provides 86 units ranging from 30 to 80 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort during short- or long-term stays. Making it easier for businesses looking to fill open management positions or host guests.
Gabriele Carniello, The Central’s founder, states, “We make it easy for our B2B clients, from consulting firms to multinationals, to find the right place quickly, with tailored services. Residents enjoy luxury hotel comforts with the privacy of their own home.”
In addition to apartments, it also provides round-the-clock access to shared facilities such as a fitness room, game room, and a lounge area. Equipped with smart TVs, high-speed internet, concierge services, and luggage storage, these amenities cater to various needs, making it convenient for hosting business meetings.
The interior design reflects collaborations with architects and designers, aiming to create a comfortable environment. Kahina Beloucif, founder of KBFdesign, contributed to the lounge area and game room, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere and environmentally responsible design.
While the Smart Aparthotel Kirchberg continues to grow, its goal remains to provide a well-rounded experience that includes luxury, convenience, and comfort, thereby meeting the needs of individuals and businesses in Luxembourg’s thriving Kirchberg district.
