Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 140°C/ 120°C fan. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and then cut them into very thin slices with a mandolin.
- Add the sweet potato slices to a bowl, and toss them with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Arrange the slices on the baking tray in a single layer, each slice touching the next.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until they look all wrinkled up and are well dehydrated.
