The ice cream café, Nïce Good Times Ice Cream, and the renowned winemaker, Bernard-Massard, have come together to create two vegan sorbets, available from the 23rd of June, in cups to take away or enjoy on the terrace of Nïce’s boutique in Luxembourg-Belair.
These bubbly flavours will join Nïce’s Special edition collection at the well-established ice cream shop in Belair. Created from two cuvée of the Moselle Rosé Nïce et Clos des Rochers Brut, the vegan sorbets promise a burst of flavours.
Innovation & creativity
Cristian Brucculeri and his wife, Bettina Hertel, the founding partners of Nïce, together with Luigi Cocchi and Laura Maestri, the boutique’s managers, wanted to create a product designed to complete their existing lineup. While already distinguished for its creativity, Nice’s counter displays quality ice creams and sorbets as well as a series of special edition flavors. Adding another partnership to the list, Nice is excited to welcome this collaboration with Bernard Massard to launch brand new sorbets.
New flavours
Cristian and Bettina explain that they wanted a unique and refreshing product, perfect for the summer. They proudly describe the “Rosé Nice” as a fresh sorbet made with the Cuvée Rosé Nice of Bernard-Massard, which leaves the flavours of peach and lemon with a touch of lavender on the tongue. As for the “Clos de Rochers”, the crowd can expect a sophisticated sorbet marked by floral notes, the unique taste of the Crémant Clos des Rochers with a hint of citrus.
People love it
No wonder the small ice cream café is the place to buy ice cream and coffee in Belair. The quality and taste bring people in, but the atmosphere keeps them coming back. The couple knows most of their clients and are ready to greet each one as they walk into the boutique. They strive to cultivate a familial relationship with both their team and their clients. To confirm their claim, one of their customers explains that she had organised a birthday for her husband and everyone was delighted by Nice’s ice cream: “I chose you because you are you!” she states – demonstrating the importance of the community connection that Nice has with its customers.
The “Rosé Nïce” and the “Clos de Rochers, Crémant de Luxembourg” will be available at the ice cream shop on the date of Nïce’s 3rd anniversary which coincides with the national day on Sunday, June 23rd.
