- 125 ml cream
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 slices of ham (Black Forest)
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air.
2. Mix the cream with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fill into 4 small gratin dishes (diameter approx. 15 cm).
3. put 2 slices of thin Black Forest Ham in each mould and place 2 eggs on each.
4. Let it stand in the oven for 10 minutes, then salt and pepper it.
