In an effort to always bring something new to their clients, COCOTTES launched in partnership with, starred chef of the restaurant La Distillerie at Château de Bourglinster, René Mathieu, a vegetal collection. In 2019, the Chef rose to third place in the world rankings of the best vegetable restaurants.
Why this “VEGETALE” collection?
Nature gives us gifts throughout the seasons; herbs, flowers, fruits, vegetables and plants of all kinds. It has always been of prime importance for COCOTTES to work in compliance with nature, to respect the products and the seasons, prefer local producers and to work in an eco-responsible spirit.
